Product Overview:

The product is equipped with BYD Qin pure electric vehicle. The platform-based non-destructive interconnection fault detection system is matched with the teaching platform for new energy vehicles. This system platform can be seamlessly connected with the vehicle teaching platform and can set, detect and diagnose faults for systems such as the left domain controller, right domain controller, high-voltage battery pack, integrated intelligent controller, and intelligent power braking controller of the vehicle. The connection platform for fault setting and detection should be convenient for teachers to conduct fault simulation teaching and students to measure and learn data. It is beneficial for enhancing students' basic ability to diagnose and eliminate simple faults of new energy vehicles, their ability to use common measuring tools and professional detection instruments for new energy vehicles, and their ability to operate high-voltage power-on and power-off.

Main Functions:

  • The equipment consists of five functional areas: the fault detection area, the fault setting area, the physical operation measurement area, the component storage area, and the intelligent information-based vehicle data loss-free interconnection teaching area.
  • Through the intelligent information-based vehicle data loss-free interconnection teaching platform, the vehicle system can be monitored in real time for loss-free interconnection data, system diagnosis, automatic scanning of the entire system, reading and displaying fault contents of the entire system, one-click clearing of faults, reading of each system version information, fault code reading, fault code clearing, and reading of the complete data stream to fully present the real-time working status of each system during vehicle operation. Among them, the system version information and data stream reading can generate technical reports, and the data stream can be saved in real time for static or dynamic data of the vehicle, and the saved data and technical reports can be saved, printed, edited, and analyzed in Excel document form; fully meeting the teaching needs of teachers and the understanding and fault analysis capabilities of students for the system's various components. The platform system can display the real-time status data and fault information of the vehicle system operation, which can meet the needs of integrated theory-practice teaching; the platform is equipped with learning materials, course resources, and maintenance materials. When the platform needs to be updated, it can be updated wirelessly with one-click and receive remote support.
  • The teaching platform can perform wireless expansion of split screens and screen projection functions, real-time data sharing, synchronous teaching of practical operation and theory, greatly improving teaching quality and efficiency, and perfectly solving the problem of concentrated teaching: The teaching platform is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 systems.

Manufacture Technique:

  • The main body of the equipment should adopt an integrated structure design. The main shell should be made of ≥1.5mm thick cold-rolled sheet, and the processing should strictly follow the sheet metal manufacturing process, including acid washing, powder coating, and screen printing.
  • The main frame is made by welding steel structure, and the surface is treated by anti-static spraying technology. The system components are processed by laser cutting and CNC machining of structural parts, and equipped with locking function universal silent casters.
  • The fault detection area should consist of measurement panel, measurement circuit board acrylic protective plate, measurement wiring, etc. The measurement detection area should be designed with acrylic. The measurement pins need to have a 2mm measurement opening to cooperate with the measurement panel for data measurement. The number of data measurement holes should be no less than 600. The fault detection area is the measurement part for students. It should be able to directly use multimeters, oscilloscopes to measure voltage, resistance, frequency or waveform signals on the panel in real time.
