Autel MaxiSys Ultra EV - Intelligent EV Diagnostics with MaxiFlash VCMI
The MaxiSys Ultra EV is a new generation of intelligent diagnostics for electric, hybrid, gas, and diesel vehicles. The Ultra EV provides a comprehensive analysis of electric and hybrid vehicles with expanded topology mapping and battery pack analysis that can be performed via OBD or directly with included specialty cables and jumpers.
The Ultra EV screen displays detailed graphics and in-depth connection guidance to provide safe and secure testing. The 12.9-inch Ultra EV touchscreen tablet comes equipped with the MaxiFlash VCMI (5-in-1) measurement device, Bluetooth-enabled vehicle communication interface and J2534 pass-thru programming device, and a dedicated EVDiag box.
Rapid Analysis of EV High-Voltage Systems
Ultra EV is able to perform diagnosis on high-voltage (HV) systems of new energy vehicles. Tap "New Energy" to enter the vehicle menu. The icon tagged on the vehicle indicates that the HV system can be diagnosed.
In most cases, the HV system list appears on the main screen of HV System Diagnostics. Additionally, a System Block Diagram will be displayed for some new energy vehicles, such as BMW, Tesla, BYD, GM, Audi, Toyota, etc. Tap "HV System Diagnosis" on the Navigation Bar of the New Energy Main Screen to enter the interface, which displays the System List and System Block Diagram.
EVDiag Box & Adapters for Battery Pack Diagnostics
Using the Autel EVDiag Box, Ultra EV is able to establish communication with the vehicle batteries to perform the Battery Pack Test function.
The Battery Pack Test function has a vehicle mode, which enters the diagnostic interface by selecting vehicle information. The battery pack data, including SOC/SOH, total voltage, total current, pack voltage delta, and temperature, can be viewed in this mode.
Ultra EV supports the battery pack test of mainstream vehicles such as Tesla, BMW, GM, Audi, BYD, Honda, Toyota, Lexus, etc. The actual function menu may vary among different vehicles.
Advanced 5-in-1 VCMI
The VCMI of the advanced car scan tool Autel MaxiSys Ultra EV is integrated with VCI functions + Oscilloscope + Waveform Generator + Multimeter + CAN BUS CHECK, making this diagnostic tool incredibly powerful.
1. VCI Connection (Wi-Fi / BT / USB)
Supports Dual Wireless Mode; the new host and communication box are connected through Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi communication transmission speed is faster, more stable, and possesses strong anti-interference ability. The actual wireless test distance is more than 50m, and the diagnosis speed is more than 30% faster.
2. Waveform Generator
Supports multiple signal modes, including DC voltage, square wave, square wave (X+Y), triangle wave, actuator drive, and arbitrary waveform. Simulates the signals of various sensors and ECU modules, allowing you to intuitively judge whether it is a hardware problem without replacing parts.
3. Oscilloscope
The VCMI integrated oscilloscope features: Large Bandwidth, High Sampling Rate, Deep Storage, and Massive Preset Cases. It supports Zoom & Playback and Advanced Triggering to improve the efficiency of solving complex faults.

4. CAN BUS CHECK
By detecting the signal of the OBD interface, you can quickly determine whether the communication status is normal. If the signal is normal, the indicator light will flash; if there is no signal, verify the pin configurations.

Mainly used to measure voltage, current, resistance, frequency, diode, duty cycle, pulse width, and connectivity.
