Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 1 unit. The exception however is that for certain items (e.g. labware or consumables) the MOQ may vary.
All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation or 14 months after shipment date from the manufacturer, whichever occurs first.
After the warranty period, we are still responsible for after-sales service. As long as the useful life of the equipment is unexpired, we will provide paid services for replacement parts.
Payment can be made through wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C at sight), PayPal or Western Union. Our payment term is 100% deposit in advance.
